As a Project Engineer - Civil, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. Responsibilities:

• Candidate shall have extensive knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas field to verify and direct FEED/Detail design packages.
• Has adequate experience to participate in handling EPC Construction projects.
• Performing, checking/reviewing, and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of Engineering Civil deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations, MTO, etc. for construction.
• Ensures adherence to company procedures, specifications and guidelines.
• Review and approval of all vendor documents and drawings.
• Ensuring the timely review of all engineering deliverables.
• Close interaction with other discipline members to resolve installation issues during the installation phase.
• Coordinate activities and resolve issues among contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.

Requirements:

• Education: BS in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer on design projects including Concept, FEED, Detailed Design, and Construction support.
• Experience as a structural engineer will be an advantage.
• Experience in Onshore Structures in Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Experience and familiarity with Mandatory Saudi Aramco Engineering Requirements (MSAERs):
  • Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAESs)
  • Saudi Aramco Materials System Specifications (SAMSSs)
  • Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedures (SAEPs)
  • Saudi Aramco Standard Drawings (SASDs)
  • International Codes and Standards e.g. ACI, IBC, ASCE, AISC, API, PIP, etc.
• Experience in design of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Steel Structures.
• Experience in design of Inside Plant Buildings, Piperack Foundations, Equipment Foundations, Piping Supports, Process Area Foundations, Early Works Site Development, Earthworks/Grading/Paving, Underground Utilities, Drainage System, Roads and Accessways, Temporary Construction Facilities, Wellsite/Wellpad Facilities Structures and Foundations.
• Related work experience and training, educational background, technical and soft skills and represents a professional personality.
• Preferred Certificate: PMP, FE.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco standards and projects is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
• Excellent MS Office applications skills.
