Job Title:

Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer calls and inquiries accurately and professionally.
  2. Provide customers with the necessary information about the company's services or products.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve them or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Record call details and customer interactions in the internal system.
  5. Achieve the set performance targets (e.g., response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction).
  6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Assist in sales activities or product/service promotion when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Minimum high school diploma (a bachelor's degree is preferred).
  2. Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory requirement).
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm while dealing with customers.
  5. Proficiency in using computers and call management systems.
  6. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

Working Hours:
