Key Responsibilities:
Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for senior management.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Support office operations, ensuring supplies and administrative functions are well-maintained.
Assist in planning company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in advertising or creative industries.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
