Job description

ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
The Contract/Claim Manager will support project contract management and claim-related tasks, including reviewing contract terms, preparing responses to claims, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
The role involves preventing potential contract issues and promptly addressing any that arise to ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Certification of Diploma: Bachelor or above degree in Law or Construction Law & Dispute or Project Management/other relevant majors
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or claim-related roles

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare project procedures (controlling procedure, document procedure)
  2. Draft and review project contracts including related management works
  3. Review and negotiate contract terms
  4. Ensure satisfaction, interface, and coordination control with Customer (Owner companies)
  5. Cooperate, interface, and coordinate control with Consortium/Partner companies
  6. Prepare and implement responses to claims including related management works
  7. Manage and maintain contract-related documents and records
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant permits, laws, and regulations
  9. Provide solutions and execute plans for resolving contract-related issues
  10. Monitor project progress and report on contract status, interface control using project-related communication channels
