ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY) The Contract/Claim Manager will support project contract management and claim-related tasks, including reviewing contract terms, preparing responses to claims, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role involves preventing potential contract issues and promptly addressing any that arise to ensure smooth project execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification of Diploma: Bachelor or above degree in Law or Construction Law & Dispute or Project Management/other relevant majors
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or claim-related roles
