Skills Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in front-end development
2. BFSI industry experience
3. Proficiency in:
1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
2. Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
3. UI/UX design principles
4. Responsive web design
5. State management libraries (Redux, Vuex)
6. RESTful APIs and API integration
7. Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
8. Version control systems (Git)
4. Nice to Have:
1. Experience with:
1. TypeScript
2. Webpack, Babel
3. CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)
4. Modern front-end build tools
5. Accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)

5. Certifications:
