Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant with a background in Public Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in organizing events and conferences, including internal and external meetings.
  • Handle day-to-day office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  1. Communication & Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including media outlets.
  • Provide communication support for key company initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on PR or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management and public relations activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with PR tools (e.g., press release distribution platforms, media monitoring tools).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
