General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to manage one of our project branches in Riyadh, Qassim, Jazan, or Najran with at least 5 years of practical experience.

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Previous experience in managing cultural projects for at least 5 years

Tasks, responsibilities and necessary skills:

1. Develop strategies and plans to implement various cultural projects
2. Organize and manage cultural events, such as exhibitions, workshops, and lectures
3. Coordinate with local partners and cultural entities to enhance cooperation
4. Develop effective marketing strategies to attract audiences and enhance participation
5. Manage the budget allocated to projects and ensure the effective use of resources
6. Evaluate project results and provide comprehensive performance reports

Leadership and management skills:

1. Ability to lead teams and manage employees and volunteers
2. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
3. Planning and organizing skills
4. Ability to develop strategic plans and implement them in an organized manner
5. Manage time and set priorities effectively

Communication skills:

1. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the public and partners
2. Negotiation skills to build effective partnerships

Support and supervision:

1. Provide guidance and advice to employees and volunteers
2. Deal with problems and challenges that may arise during project implementation
3. Ensure availability of resources required for cultural projects

Sustainability:

1. Developing strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of cultural projects
2. Looking for ways to integrate technology and innovation into cultural projects
3. Working to enhance the role of the library as a sustainable and influential cultural center in the community
