Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook authentic Italian pizzas, ensuring high quality and consistency.
2. Develop and maintain a menu that highlights traditional and innovative pizza offerings.
3. Oversee kitchen operations related to pizza preparation, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
5. Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal specials and new menu items.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine.
2. Extensive knowledge of traditional Italian pizza-making techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
3. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
