Responsible for optimizing product functions and user experience, improving user retention and conversion rates, and promoting user growth.
Responsible for formulating and implementing user promotion plans, including selecting and managing online and offline channels, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Required Skills -
Mandarin is a must
Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited.
At least 5 years of experience in user operations, with experience in user growth on major platforms, especially those skilled in new customer growth and traffic channel construction, are preferred.
Familiar with common tools and methods of user operations, with good data analysis skills and market insight.
Good cross-team collaboration skills, able to enhance efficiency through establishing cooperative mechanisms.
Good communication and pressure resistance skills, able to effectively push projects forward and achieve work goals.
