Job Description

• Oversee and direct the company's financial strategy and operations.
• Develop and implement financial systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage and optimize the company's cash flow and working capital.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA or CFA.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the same role.
• Experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
