General Responsibilities

1. Comply always and fully with LIN SCAN IT requirements
2. Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)
3. Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard LIN SCAN trade secrets
4. Respect and support fellow employees at all times
5. Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)
6. Act in such a manner that LIN SCAN’s reputation is highly respected
7. Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for LIN SCAN’s final product
8. Follow LIN SCAN’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required
9. Assure timely and accurate reporting to LIN SCAN IT Department
10. Identify training requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Transporting employees to and from the workplace on a daily basis
2. Visiting banks for deposits and document handover
3. Transport company guests
4. Monitor the performance and servicing of vehicles
5. Maintain vehicles by keeping them neat, clean and tidy and suitable for use
6. Ensure employees who use company transport arrive to the office on time

Skills/Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree
2. Over 5 years of driver’s experience
3. Experience and good knowledge of UAE market (routes, customers, systems, logistics providers)
4. Experience with the Oil & Gas industry standards, like cargo handling.
