  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and market dynamics to strategize effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value and handle objections in a persuasive manner.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
