Background:
The last 5 years has seen a profound acceleration of investment in sport within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sport is a prime driver in the kingdom’s “Vision 2030” an ambitious plan to diversify its economy and transform the lives of Saudi Nationals and inspire visitors from around the world. Dentsu Sports International have recently launched their MENA office and are building a team of marketing professionals perfectly placed to deliver transformational sports projects in the region.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sports Analytics to support our Middle East clients and lead our Dentsu Sports Analytics (DSA) operation in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. This is a commercial role leveraging data solutions to drive rights holder’s and brand’s commercial performance (not sports performance analytics). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, commercial strategy, and leadership, ideally from a sport, leisure, entertainment, or tourism background. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven processes across our sports client base in the region, enhancing performance, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of our sports analytics division.

Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong proficiency in digital marketing, digital infrastructure development, marketing, and commercial sports. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Deep understanding of commercial performance metrics and analytics. A strong understanding of the KSA culture and Vision 2030 objectives. Arabic speaking a plus.
