Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their mechanical system requirements, offering expert advice on services that align with their operational goals.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations, ensuring they address client specifications and demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions.
• Conduct presentations to clients showcasing our capabilities and applications, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and maintenance personnel, to address challenges related to bolted joints and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Create detailed procedures for bolting operations, including guidelines for torque and tensioning, to ensure consistency and reliability during assembly and maintenance activities.
• Oversee the implementation of sold services, coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of the services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in industrial services sales or engineering, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial applications.
• Ability to comprehend and explain complex technical information to clients with varying levels of technical understanding. Proven experience in Bolt Torqueing and Bolt Tensioning jobs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and engineer appropriate solutions.
