Laboratory Technologists Vacancy in Saudi Arabia

We are seeking clinical engineers (both part-time and full-time) to perform a range of molecular and hereditary examinations and techniques in a professional laboratory in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Dammam) to obtain accurate information for diagnosis and therapy of illness. This is a unique opportunity for those who have excellent marketing and public relations skills and wish to work in a flexible and dynamic environment that utilizes these abilities by engaging with clients (MDs, patients, organizations).

Medical Laboratory Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Assist laboratory manager in the proper circulation of information in inter-shift, inter-sectional, and departmental communication.
2. Obtain and process laboratory specimens.
3. Perform analyses, tests, and procedures.
4. Maintain proper laboratory safety procedures and methods.
5. Communicate with clients and customers (physicians/clinics/hospitals) to explain services and the importance of the available molecular tests for their patients.
6. Build relationships with clients (individuals, doctors, organizations).
7. Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients to continue relationships.
8. Identify potential customers, lead generation, and conversion.

Requirements:

1. Valid and current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties licensure is required.
2. Self-motivated with high organizational skills.
3. Ability to work under stress.
4. Outstanding communication, multi-tasking, and management skills.
5. Excellent public relations, marketing, and representation skills.
6. Proficient in English (written and spoken).
7. Prior work experience is preferred but not required.
8. Excellent understanding of genetics is a plus.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks (for those applying for part-time positions).
10. Valid Saudi driver's license is a plus.
11. Preference for Saudi candidates.
