Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with system administration, network management, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of technology trends, and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and monitor network security to protect company data and resources.
• Perform regular backups and data recovery to ensure system integrity.
• Ensure all systems are running with the latest software patches and updates.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support requests.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement IT solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiar with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and common software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and non-technical staff.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of IT project management is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, etc.) are a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Experience in network management and system administration is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:
