Job description

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and contracting sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project managers.
  • Promote metal and glass products such as handrails, façades, balustrades, canopies, partitions, and custom metalworks.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, brochures, social media campaigns, and online marketing.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

Client & Project Management:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales service.
  • Work closely with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the architectural metal, glass, or construction industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction, architectural, and contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.

    • Strong B2B sales experience in construction, architecture, and metal/glass industries.

    • Experience in dealing with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.
    • Negotiation & persuasion skills to secure contracts and long-term partnerships.
  2. Industry Knowledge & Technical Understanding:
    • Understanding of architectural metal and glass products such as handrails, façades, balustrades, partitions, canopies, and curtain walls.
    • Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Marketing & Brand Positioning:
    • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Communication & Relationship Management:
    • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills for client meetings.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Active listening and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
  5. Project Management & Coordination:
    • Ability to work closely with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
  6. Digital & Analytical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Ability to analyze market data, sales reports, and customer insights to improve strategies.
  7. Adaptability & Cultural Awareness:
    • Experience in working in the Saudi construction market and understanding business culture.
    • Ability to travel across KSA for client meetings and project inspections.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to sales challenges.
