We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Trade Marketing Manager with experience in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales in retail environments. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales growth across modern trade and traditional trade channels.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design effective in-store promotions and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies.
Build strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
Manage trade budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on trade marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing must be in FMCG.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
