Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Manager - Events, This role is vital in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal events aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive organizational culture, and promoting communication within the company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, defining event objectives and ensuring all events align with our strategic goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a comprehensive calendar of internal events that align with company goals and promote employee participation
Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including budgeting, venue selection, catering, and event materials
Collaborate with HR and communications teams to communicate event details effectively and promote participation
Manage on-site event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including setup, coordination of speakers, and attendee engagement
Evaluate the success of events through feedback and data analysis, making recommendations for future improvements
Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for event services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management, preferably within an HR context
Proven track record in planning and executing successful corporate events
Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail in event themes and execution
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
