Position: Medical Sales Representative (English speaker, full-time office-based)

Location: Dentakay Main Office, İstanbul - Bahelievler - Nish İstanbul Residence

Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to leads to present our offers and convince them
2. Contact leads to generate interest and sales opportunities
3. Overcome patients' concerns by listening, empathizing, and providing relevant information
4. Negotiate and secure commitments from patients to make purchases
5. Keep detailed records of interactions to track performance and follow up with leads
6. Strive to achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive efforts
7. Ensure patient satisfaction, address issues, and explore additional sales opportunities post-purchase

Qualifications:

1. Preferable experience as a Medical Consultant, Telesales representative, Translator, or Call Center agent
2. Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field
3. Strong communication and listening skills
4. Basic sales and customer service abilities
5. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
6. Language proficiency in English
