Job Description

What you will be doing:

1. Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all type of A/C work
2. Record and analyze operating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works
3. Responsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arises
4. Carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment according to the standards and requirements
5. Perform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements
6. Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work
7. Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the work place clean, tidy and well organized
8. Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and other departments
9. Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as an AC Technician with trade license, certification, or diploma in HVAC
2. Comprehensive knowledge of AC systems and refrigeration equipment, with strong troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
4. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and adapt to hot climates
5. Proficiency in digital maintenance logging tools and familiarity with safety protocols
6. Team player able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
