Mufeed seeks a Creative Lead to spearhead our Branding Department.

About the Position:

• The Creative Lead will lead the branding team in crafting visuals for proposals, presentations, and brand identities.
• Developing and maintaining consistent brand guidelines and visual standards across all projects is a key responsibility.
• The Creative Lead will also oversee the creation of logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand assets.
• Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to understand project requirements and deliver impactful branding solutions.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met, is a critical aspect of this role.
• The ideal candidate will mentor and guide the branding team, fostering creativity and professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Graphic Design
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• UX Design Certification
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, identity design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
