Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers select products that suit their preferences.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the Pierre Herm product range, including macarons, pastries, and seasonal offerings. Provide detailed information about the products to customers, answering any questions regarding ingredients or preparation.
Sales: Actively contribute to achieving sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a high standard of service.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Regularly check stock levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs.
Cash Handling: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
Stock Management: Assist in stock receiving and inventory control. Ensure that stock is stored correctly and that products are rotated according to the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and likely to return.
Brand Representation: Uphold the values and standards of the Pierre Herm brand in every interaction with customers. Ensure that all communication, appearance, and actions reflect the luxury and elegance of the brand.
