The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our passionate and energetic team to drive service standards and bring results across our wide range of brands in the Food Division. Using a structured approach, you will gather and analyse data; identify gaps and opportunities; and develop solutions which result in improved customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong formal education
• Prior experience as a Project Manager in the Food & Beverage industry
• 5 years+ experience of restaurant operations
• Must have strong restaurant observation skills
• Demonstrate previous results in improved service
• Be a great communicator at all levels
• A strong motivator
