Job Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team at Lucy Electric. This is an opportunity to join our business and play a key role in keeping our RHQ offices running smoothly.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office premises, including the pantry and washrooms.
Responsible for preparing and serving tea.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
Clean public areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and corridors.
Regularly organize desks and file racks.
Dispose of garbage regularly ensuring trash bins are emptied promptly.
Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and daily necessities like toilet paper.
Report any damaged facilities or maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Assist with other cleaning tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Preferred candidates with relevant cleaning experience.
Able to perform physical labor and in good health.
Responsible and detail-oriented in their work.
Capable of managing time effectively and completing tasks on schedule.
