Job description
Our Client, a leading property development and real estate company seeks an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Advertising Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and advertising plans to promote properties, enhance brand visibility, and analyze market trends. This role involves coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales and attract potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing & advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
Elevate the company's brand presence in the real estate market through various marketing initiatives
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
Create and manage lead generation campaigns focused on converting leads into sales
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and property exhibitions
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring goals are met and performance aligns with company expectations
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, online listings, videos, and advertisements
Build and maintain partnerships with local media outlets, advertising agencies, and influencers
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to adjust strategies
Provide regular reports to senior management on ROI, KPIs, and key insights for continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements
Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, branding, content creation, and lead generation
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
Familiarity with the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and customer preferences

Competitive salary range of SAR 275,000 - SAR 500,000 including housing allowance, transportation allowance, and medical insurance
