Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle logistics transactions including:
  2. Mobilization of material/shipments from supplier to warehouse.
  3. Minimize number of shipments by consolidation when possible.
  4. Coordinate all logistics activities with subsidiaries.
  5. Manage all paperwork for logistic activities.
  6. Ensure customs clearance will be done on time.
  7. Track all shipments on a daily basis and submit the report to the concerned PM.
  8. Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team internally.
  9. Coordinate with the warehouse for the delivery of the material.
