Logistics Specialist
Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle logistics transactions including:
- Mobilization of material/shipments from supplier to warehouse.
- Minimize number of shipments by consolidation when possible.
- Coordinate all logistics activities with subsidiaries.
- Manage all paperwork for logistic activities.
- Ensure customs clearance will be done on time.
- Track all shipments on a daily basis and submit the report to the concerned PM.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team internally.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the delivery of the material.
