Position: Procurement Expeditor

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years KSA experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Well experienced in Aramco procurement process.
2. Monitors the overall status of the materials procurement of the project assigned (Lead Buyer) in coordination with other Buyers.
3. Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries of the product.
4. Coordinate with vendors for NMR 601, 602, 603 Submission, and Quality Procedures and provide all the documents to PQCS for submission of Inspection Assignment Packages.
5. Close coordination with Procurement Quality Control Team to ensure to receive in-time approvals for ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and IAP (Inspection Assignment Package).
6. Coordinating with the Procurement Quality Control team for initiating the stage-wise Inspection activities and finalizing Third-Party inspection teams if needed.
7. Close follow up with the Manufacturers for stage-wise Material Inspection activities along with the Procurement Quality Control team.
8. Expediting Fabrication status / Production Status of material / material readiness with the vendors and ensuring receiving NOI (Notification for Inspection) at every stage of manufacturing Progress as per the material criticality.
9. Coordinating with Logistics Team or Freight Forwarders for material collection from manufacturers' premises or based on agreed delivery terms as per Inco terms 2010.
10. Maintaining close interactions with Project site QC team for delivered material inspection activities.
