M&A Analyst

Hays are currently working with one of the world’s largest Investment Banks and they are looking to hire a stellar M&A Analyst to join their office in Riyadh as they are expanding.

The Analyst will play a key role in the team, working closely with a highly skilled team on large cap transactions with quality clients in Saudi Arabia. You will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle and responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research, due diligence, financial analysis, financial modelling, preparing pitch materials and reports and overall will play a key role in evaluating, executing and managing M&A and IPO activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related subject
• Master’s degree or CFA is highly preferred
• 3-4 years of M&A and IPO experience
• Must possess exceptional financial modelling skills and strong attention to detail
• Middle East transaction experience preferred
• Arabic speaking candidates preferred
