Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)

Required Experience: 5+ years overall experience including experience in Large Scale Building Projects construction and design stages including residential compounds and mixed-use buildings projects with:

1. Excellent written and oral communication.
2. Knowledge of current Civil Engineering technology and its effective use on the project.
3. Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects.
4. Past project experience demonstrating the ability to evaluate, organize, and prioritize workload within a schedule.
5. Extensive experience in inspections of work & review of contractor’s shop drawings.
6. Experience in Microsoft applications. Familiar with project management tools and/or software.
7. Maintain full and close coordination with the CM.
8. Maintain full and close coordination with the HSE Manager, QA/QC Manager, Discipline Managers, and the extended PMCM team.
9. AutoCAD is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Required Qualification: BSc/BEng degree in Civil Engineering.

Registered as a Civil Engineer with a professional engineering body.
