Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Closure of all Corrective / Preventive Actions raised during the Shift under his supervision.
2. Responsible for Sustaining and Continually improving the Operational Performance and Reliability of the Plant Equipment and Utilities.
3. Execute all mechanical activities across the factory while abiding by Safety, Quality & Food Safety policies, instructions, and regulations.
4. Support and cover the planning part on the shift under his supervision.
5. Oversee spares consumption over the factory and lead spares improvement projects.
6. Act as the first escalation point for production breakdown, reacting in a timely and quality manner.
7. Play a vital role in training and onboarding new technicians.
8. Support deploying the Autonomous Maintenance module through creating SOPs, training, and validating production technicians.
9. Implement all specific Safety Standards related to his areas as per the direction from Safety Team & according to our SIG Quality & Safety Standards.
10. Responsible for Execution and Documenting all Activities of Plant Maintenance Master Plan and Daily Shift Activities.
11. Responsible for Executing and Documenting Daily / Monthly Checklists.
12. Update Site Master Spare Parts Data against new Equipment and Projects.
13. Monitor / Improve the Spares Consumption.
14. Improve the number of Spare Parts Items through Unification and Standardizing of the used Spares.
15. Ensure high levels of Technical Communication and Handover between Production and Maintenance Teams.
16. Support Site Projects Team during Installation and Commissioning phases for any new Project.
17. Implement a Safe Environment for both Equipment & Associates and ensure 100% closure for all Safety Near Misses raised over the Shifts.
18. Trigger and supply Technical Solutions for any Chronic Issues.
19. Train other Shop Floor Team on Minor Breakdowns Troubleshooting for all Equipment.
20. Participate in all SES (SIG Excellence System) programs and initiatives.
