We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Sales Professional to work on our Business Development Team presenting Alnafitha’s Cyber Security Offerings.

The Technical Sales Professional (TSP) is responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers. The TSP must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. They must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts/territory to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Additionally, they must establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

This position will partner with sales, customer success, and technical teams to craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of Alnafitha’s services.

  • Achieve numeric objectives for assigned products/territories.
  • Continuously develop a healthy pipeline by generating new qualified opportunities for assigned products/territories.
  • Assist sales team in qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Deliver customized exceptional presentations and demos to present and demonstrate Alnafitha’s solutions and services to customers.
  • Conduct technical assessments, building scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements.
  • Deliver solutions-related documentation that could include technical proposals, fact sheets, user manuals, etc.
  • Improve the overall customer experience by serving as the customer advocate within Alnafitha and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in technology.
  • Participate in building Alnafitha’s technical content library (e.g., knowledge base, service catalogue, and other technical contents).
  • Assist in representing Alnafitha in any forum (i.e., seminars, technical or marketing conferences, events).
  • Workshops and Training: Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.
  • Ad hoc Services: Short and time-limited engagements focused on implementing specific scenarios, customer-specific issue remediation, or support (e.g., Chalk Talks).
  • Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional OR CompTIA Security+ (Must).
  • ISO 27001 Foundation or Lead Implementer (Preferred).
  • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker (Preferred).
  • CCNA (Preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in technical selling and/or consultative selling.
  • Professional security solutions experience with knowledge of different offerings like Identity Management, Firewalls, Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, LOB server’s security, cloud security, Email, and Endpoint protection.
  • Strong technical customer-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, SANS Certifications including: GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, Security+.
  • Understanding of the competition as well as good positioning & strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence.
  • Both technically oriented – ability to communicate and deeply engage with Engineering and Product Development teams and business competent – aware of trends and impacts on the market, able to engage with and support Sales and Product Marketing teams.
