Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Support other administrative staff in their tasks and contribute to team efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
