Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as necessary.
Support other administrative staff in their tasks and contribute to team efforts.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
