Senior Legal Manager

Our client, a leading conglomerate, is looking for a Senior Legal Manager to join their legal team in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and shareholder agreements.
2. Ensure compliance with Saudi corporate and commercial laws.
3. Draft and negotiate key contracts including SPAs and NBOs.
4. Liaise with Capital Market Authority (CMA) and other regulatory bodies.
5. Manage legal risks, disputes, and corporate governance policies.

Requirements:

1. LLB or LLM with 8+ years in corporate/commercial law.
2. Strong M&A and regulatory compliance experience in KSA.
3. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
4. Proven track record in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
