Job Description

• Design and develop chemical processes and equipment
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve existing processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in chemical production
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
• Develop and implement quality control measures
• Research and stay updated on new developments in the field
• Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians
• Prepare technical reports and presentations
• Communicate with clients and vendors to address their needs and concerns
