Job Description

1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available on-prem cloud infrastructure using VMware Cloud Director and OpenStack.
2. Design and implement network architecture and underlay infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
3. Integrate the cloud infrastructure with underlay shared services to provide SaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
4. Architect and implement Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions, leveraging technologies like VMware NSX and OpenStack Neutron.
5. Collaborate with IT and development teams to align on-prem cloud solutions with business goals.

Technical Skills

1. Proven experience with on-prem cloud solutions, including VMware Cloud Director and OpenStack.
2. Deep understanding of SDN solutions such as VMware NSX and OpenStack Neutron.
3. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices, including integration with shared services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
