Support the implementation and maintenance of the SMS, QMS and FRMS.
Assist an assigned management team with SMS processes including coordinating efforts of department interfaces to maintain the overall SMS.
Audit SMS compliance and report findings to the Manager S&Q.
Manage safety risks (hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation).
Assist in performing SRAs and maintaining the SMS database.
Interval oversight and performance measurement to ensure safety assurance and continuous improvement.
Organize and develop safety promotion material.
Prepare SMS status updates for the senior leadership team under the accountability of Manager S&Q.
Ensure establishment of two-way communication with the reporters and their respective Operational Divisions as deemed appropriate.
Enhance Safety Communication means across the airline such as Safety Newsletter, Website, Bulletins, Workshops, etc. to propagate safety information and to enhance safety awareness across the airline.
Assist the Safety Supervisor and department management with development of continuous improvement efforts, documentation of processes, procedures, and controls of SMS and maintain policies and procedures in an SMS manual Reviewing and updating of policies and objectives.
Integrate management systems.
Organize safety campaign or safety day.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Aviation Diploma.
IATA / ICAO SMS course preferred.
Minimum 1-year airlines related experience is preferred.
