Commercial Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive the success of our projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects, overseeing contract management, negotiating terms, and performing financial analyses to ensure project profitability. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to maintain compliance with budgets and timelines.

In this dynamic position, you will develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company goals, conduct market assessments, and provide strategic insights to upper management. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee commercial operations and ensure the successful management of contracts and agreements.
2. Develop and implement robust commercial strategies to maximize profitability.
3. Conduct market research and financial analyses to identify new opportunities for growth.
4. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
5. Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, particularly in the construction or engineering sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial principles.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies.
6. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
