Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of FM concepts and terms
  2. Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes
  3. Schedule meetings and keep minutes
  4. Prepare, distribute and follow-up project materials
  5. Track expenses of projects, petty cash, and monthly consumptions
  6. Alert the project manager to issues as they arise
  7. Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
  8. Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc.
  9. Should have worked on CAFM software
  10. Track all work orders, create and close the tickets in the CAFM
  11. Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff
  12. Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting
  13. Update and close the completed tasks in the system

Skills:

Timely submission of invoices, on-time completion of tickets, material tracking, coordination and communication with project staff, management staff, documenting daily activities, daily and monthly reports.
