Job Description: Sales Manager (Enterprise, B2B SaaS Solutions)
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B & Enterprise sales and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions. This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, driving consultative and value-based selling strategies to secure high-impact, long-term relationships with large enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SaaS sales, and experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Identify and prioritize target enterprise accounts, focusing on high-value, long-term partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to maximize value delivery while aligning with customer needs.
Consultative and Value-Based Selling
- Drive a customer-centric sales approach by thoroughly understanding client goals, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Articulate the unique value proposition of the company’s platform, tailoring solutions to address the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Educate prospects on the solution’s business impact beyond pricing, emphasizing ROI, productivity, and efficiency gains.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery meetings to proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed account plans and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across multiple departments.
- Lead solution presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities and additional use cases.
Procurement and Contract Management
- Navigate procurement processes and enterprise contract frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with legal teams to review and finalize contractual agreements that protect the company’s interests.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling, with a demonstrated ability to sell on value rather than price.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation within enterprise environments.
