Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional events to attract visitors. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the mall's brand and visibility.
Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage mall staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven experience in mall management or retail management (3-5 years preferred), with a focus on the Eastern Province.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
