Consulting Director

Our client is looking for a Consulting Director with extensive experience in leading large-scale consulting projects across various sectors, particularly focusing on government and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic vision, and the capacity to drive organizational change and facilitate impactful transformations for our clients. With a strong understanding of Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Government Consulting Projects: Deliver strategic consulting services across areas such as strategy development, operating models, governance frameworks, PMO, and digital transformation
• Collaborate with government entities to design and implement projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, promoting innovation and transformation.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Ensuring project milestones are met with high quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices while staying updated on trends in the public sector.
• Oversee the implementation of consulting methodologies and frameworks, ensuring best practices are applied to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of multifaceted projects across various public sector domains.
• Conduct executive-level engagements, presenting strategic insights and comprehensive recommendations to senior government officials and decision-makers.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose organizational challenges and devise effective strategies to address them.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, adapting consulting strategies to meet evolving market demands and positions the firm for future success.
• Lead efforts in change management, supporting clients through the transition process and ensuring sustainable transformation.

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on government public sector consulting project.
• Deep understanding of Vision 2030 initiatives and familiarity with government policies.
• Experience in municipalities, social services, labor, education, and infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Expertise in strategy, governance, PMO, digital transformation, and operations optimization.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
