Mechanical Engineer for Electric Lifts

He will be reporting to the Office of the Supervisor, KFUPM Affiliated Colleges at Hafr Al-Batin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection and maintenance of all elevators periodically.
2. Installation of machinery and mechanical parts and ensure the safety of operating conditions and control devices.
3. Replacement of spare parts for elevators and control systems by simple and troubleshooting.
4. Replacement and installation of metal cords periodically.
5. Implementation of programs of preventive maintenance according to maintenance manual issued by the manufacturer.
6. Screening and diagnosis of electrical faults and take remedial action necessary.
7. Application of health and safety professionally.

Qualification and Experience:

1. BS/MS degree in recognized field of specialization.
2. Experience of five (5) years in the operation of elevators or types of services such as Mitsubishi or Otis or Express, and others.
3. Holds a license from a certified specialist in the maintenance of elevators (Professional License).
