Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Staff Nurses

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the same Field in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Dataflow is a must.
• Saudi license holder is a plus.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Closely monitor patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
• Operate and maintain advanced life-support equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Accurately and thoroughly document patient care and progress.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support procedures.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of pediatric patients.
• Be proficient in using specialized pediatric equipment and techniques.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Make quick and informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
