Waitress

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh, in addition to serving the clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.
2. Clean all service utensils before each service.
3. Help captain waiter in the restaurant set up.
4. Keep appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.
5. Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
6. Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
7. Assist captain waiter in putting the food plates on clients' tables.
8. Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.
9. Clear the table after the meal is done and clean it.
10. Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
11. Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow his/her instructions.
