Tibah Airports Operation Company manages and operates Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah as the first private company to manage and operate an airport in Saudi Arabia. Job Purpose:

Delivering comprehensive legal support including but not limited to providing legal advice across all Tibah functions, drafting agreements and contracts and managing legal disputes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while mitigating commercial and legal risks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional clarifications, legal advice, and opinions on disputes, lawsuits or claims (e.g., contract disputes) as requested.
  2. Interpret and advice on existing or new regulations to assist the management incorporate them effectively into business procedures and processes in the aviation industry.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulations and mitigate risks across all activities.
  4. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
  5. Provide legal advice and support to all Tibah functions, including coordinating with external law firms when necessary
  6. Manage legal activities for litigated claims and court cases; conduct legal research, set up case files and draft legal documents (e.g., discovery and pleadings).
  7. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to support the company's operations, including those for the Contracts and Tender Management at the Procurement and Commercial Department.
  8. Provide support for contractual negotiations with customers, clients, investors, and partners, and attend related meetings to resolve legal issues.
  9. Support the Internal Audit Function / Committee in in conducting disciplinary investigations.
  10. Identify potential legal risks and recommend updates to company policies and procedures.
  11. Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing contract processes, including progress and potential issues.
  12. Adress and resolve any existing conflicts or disputes related to contracts efficiently and effectively.
  13. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation phases, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  14. Conduct and oversee investigations involving employees, ensuring adherence to internal policies, labour laws, and other applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Stay updated on GACA regulations and ensure compliance with BTOA obligations and corporate governance matters, including guidelines and regulatory filings. Provide timely advice on all relevant requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field

Language: Arabic and English

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office

Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field
