Job description
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient eligibility and coverage before services.
- Send patients approvals for services and medications.
- Submit claims timely with complete documentation.
- Collections.
- Reconciliations.
- Resolve insurance-related issues and patient inquiries.
- Respond to claims rejections and resubmit as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with providers and billing departments for efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical insurance policies.
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in medical billing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Transportation:
- The candidate must have transportation for visiting insurance companies regularly.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of medical insurance policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
