About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque.

The Role of Director of Housekeeping:

We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Housekeeping to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the housekeeping and laundry department, assuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality, delivering the highest standards consistently, leading guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests, budgeting, assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and establishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs.

Our Ideal Director of Housekeeping candidate will have:

Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
