Reporting to the Senior Director - Admin, the Head of IT will lead a team and manage all technology-based, audio/video and information systems and applications for the College, supporting the vision, mission and values of our faith-based education. The incumbent will be required to develop IT strategies aligned with the College's mission and values, enhance digital infrastructure and implement/upgrade systems and software that foster greater operational efficiency, data security and faculty, staff, students and alumni engagement. A key focus will be on integrating innovative technology solutions continually to support online, hybrid and AI-assisted learning and teaching while considering the constraints of a non-profit environment. This position will be based on campus and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support events, system updates, equipment/power and other forms of IT maintenance or project deadlines.
