Shift Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Shift Leader reports to the AGM and is groomed to be ready to step into the AGM roles when the opportunity is available. Responsible for Team, Guests, Sales, and delivering profitability. Also received tip share, netting on average an additional $2.50 per hour.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Runs their Shift(s).
2. Ensures guests and Staff have a GREAT experience.
3. Prepares prep lists/tasks and delegates to the Team.
4. Helps ensure the team is cross-trained in all positions.
5. Ensures equipment is maintained through cleaning and preventative maintenance.
6. Daily cash management and balancing.
7. Continually evaluating and enhancing policies and procedures.
8. Reports to AGM.
